- Rents can increase yearly based on the lease agreement and not government limited
- 6 businesses paying the taxes, maintenance, insurance, and the mortgage

- Eviction or lockout is legal 15 days after missed rent
- Property management under 4% by a professional company
- Very little common area to upkeep (Parking and Electrical room)
