Rachel Oliver and Neil Oliver are active real estate investors and co-authors of the new book Rent to Own: A New Path to Homeownership. When mortgage rules started to get more stringent, they decided to specialize in rent to own. In 2009 they established a unique rent to own program – unique because it is designed to increase success rates without sacrificing profits or integrity. Over the past five years Rachel and Neil have counseled more than 500 families on rent to own, placed families in rent to own homes across the GTA and established a network of 160 novice and seasoned investors who share their high ethical standards.
